Dany BMT participated as an exhibitor at the '2023 American Association of Orthodontists (AAO)' held at the McCormick Place West Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

At this conference, held from April 21st to 24th (US time), many companies set up booths to promote dental materials and products.

Dany BMT, which set up a booth (1138) in the center of the event, widely publicized the aesthetic and functional excellence of ORTHOWHITE, an aesthetic orthodontic arch wire.

NiTi (Nickel Titanium) or SS (Stainless Steel) metal wire is coated with zirconium (Zr) and silver (Ag) hybrid coating on the inner layer using the sputtering technique to enhance adhesion and durability.

Zirconium (Zr) makes it possible to realize a color similar to natural teeth, and silver (Ag) has a bacterial growth inhibitory effect and a whitening effect.

The outer layer is coated with a biopolymer with excellent biocompatibility and biostability, which is used as an artificial heart coating material, so it has excellent protection from external conditions.

Through years of research and product development, the retention period of the coating has been improved, and friction has also been reduced, resulting in many improvements over existing products.

Throughout the event, buyers and orthodontists from all over the world, including the United States, the Middle East, South America, and Europe, visited the Dany BMT booth, touched ORTHOWHITE samples, experienced the characteristics of the product, and showed great interest. In particular, in Japan, the response was good, and they requested a quick supply of the product.
